Training library - today's efficient workforce looks to training to hit a
number of targets, most notably a low staff turnover (cost effective) as well as
a very motivated team that delivers great customer service in a consistent manner.
Caternet is proud to provide a full range of certificated on-line training
modules as well as a group training visit service to your facility in order to provide
a face to face delivery.
Our training is driven by our training manager, Neil Shayle, who is an experienced
caterer and who has developed the clusters of training sessions that provide the
right development for various grades from kitchen/general assistants through waiting/service
staff to all levels of skilled cooking personnel and management levels from junior
to senior and executive.
Our range of training programmes stretch from statutory food safety and health &
safety certificated courses through 'value' customer services and teamwork/continuous
improvement to development courses from office and business operations to self assured
and self improvement sessions.
We can also link the training library with our learning management system so that
you can see how all your staff are doing on their set 'clusters' and we can also
provide a mentoring service if you want us to get involved with their development.
