This free service is driven by our senior environmental health officer; Mike Chubb. You can ‘Ask Mike...’ via a simple memo field for your question, and he will respond to you via email.
You will be able to download a fully updated HACCP system, get information on COSHH, and support in building your own health & safety policies, risk analysis and environmental ideas to help and support conservationism.
Mike will also be available (at an agreed charge) to visit your site if you need him to make a more personal assessment of your needs and any holes that you may have in your team’s learning/skills or the overall building/premises that you cater from – all part of the Caternet service...!
