CaternetMIS

CaternetMIS – a flexible but very strong management information system that is easy to use and which provides you with a budget, processing and reporting capability across your organisation to a full p&l basis – fully integrateable to your accounts system so that you are in real time financial control of your catering operation.

The CaternetMIS module comes in two packages; i). ‘Caternet service’ and ii). ‘Caternet Plus’.

Caternet service is the management information system on a stand-alone basis, and Caternet Plus includes our procurement service which provides you access to best pricing through our consortium of various catering operations on a bulk buy basis. You can also opt for the g-shop e-procurement system that is integrated into the CaternetMIS as an additional module within the wider Caternet system. Our licence fees for both options are agreed on a commissionable basis on the annual turnover of your purchases made.

Budget; infinitely flexible in trading areas, with a fully phased income and cost analysis to your accounting periods

Trade; full cash control, goods received (seamless with g-shop), stock management, sales control and wastage, hospitality and free issue recording

Accounts; invoicing external clients (if required), cashflow management and full ledger based reporting

Report centre; a user defined report centre where you literally choose what data you want to see where and hey presto – your report is ready!

Technical; based on ASP.NET and SQL dbase standards, the data is fully secure in a mirrored, 24/7 manned data warehouse and the programmes are accessed via the Internet.

EPOS; we can also provide a review and advice about the class leading epos/cashless system if you are looking to improve your cash taking facilities and increase your customer uptake/throughput. Fully integrated into CaternetMIS, your chosen epos system will pay for itself over a number of years and will have the most up to date customer account hosting and card revaluation standards attached to it.
